How to order

We hope you will enjoy shopping at Hen and Hammock. These things shouldn't be a chore!


We assume that you want to buy things quickly and have designed the site on this basis. However, if you have time to linger and browse so much the better. There is plenty to see.

There are a number of ways you can find what you are looking for:

  • If you know precisely what you want, type it into the search bar in the top right corner and press Go.
  • If you have an open mind but a fixed budget, click on the gifts button top right. This will show you a range of gifts by price band.
  • If you have an idea of the type of thing you are after, select one of the product categories on the left or one of the lifestyle buttons on the top.

When you have found a product you wish to buy, click Buy. When you have everytthing you want, click Proceed to Checkout.

At the check out you can choose between two types of delivery instruction, standard delivery and next day.

 

The delivery charges quoted are for delivery to addresses in the mainland UK.  If you require delivery to places off the mainland, for example Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man, or to other countries, please call for a quote, 01844 217060, or email us at help@henandhammock.co.uk.

 

After you have entered your credit card details you will reach the 3D Secure page.  This is the latest fraud prevention introduced by Mastercard and Visa.  For a full explanation click here.

You are welcome to collect your order if you live nearby, but please call first.  So that you don't get charged for delivery, when you go to the checkout enter the code collect
