Tracking the progress of your order
When your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email. If you selected the Next Working Day option, the dispatch email should include the tracking number for the courier. If you log onto the couriers website you can track the estimated delivery time of your order. You can also log into your account on our website and this will show the status of your order. For our Standard Delivery please allow 3 to 5 working days.

You’re very welcome to visit us to collect your order and meet the team. So that we know you want to collect, please enter the code collect in the View Basket stage of the checkout. This will remove any p&p charge and tell us to put your order to one side. Please phone or add a note to your order to let us know when you’re likely to come so we can ensure some is around.
