Homemade lemonade is one of the best things about summer. Everyone loves it. My recipe is very simple:
For every lemon, you'll need 25g or sugar and 250ml boiled water.
Wash the lemons, carefully remove half the zest (yellow bit only), then add to a large bowl with the water, sugar and squeezed lemon juice. Stir and leave overnight. The following day add more sugar if needed, strain and bottle or serve in your elegant carafe with lots of ice and a few slices of lemon. Yum
