Each piece of wood is cut to a generous 3cm thick, which provides enough depth for the nails to make strong hooks. The nails themselves stick out by 2cm, so two or three coats or bags can hang off each hook. And the lip prevents the coats falling off!

The screws to attach the wood to the wall are not included.

At least 80% of the materials used to make the nail coat hooks come from within 50 miles of the workshop in Somerset where they are hand crafted.
