Traditional hessian sacks are now something of a rarity, despite being popular for generations for sack races and for gardening.

These sacks are made from new clean hessian and can be used for many things including sack race bags, liners for raised beds and planters, storing potatoes and Santa sacks.

The hessian is made from jute and is an entirely natural product that ‘breathes’, unlike plastic sacks.

If you are after larger sacks, then our coffee sacks might be a better option. The coffee sacks are used rather than new and typically have a coarser weave than these hessian sacks.
