If for some reason you are not completely satisfied you should return the product to us within 7 days.  Any refunds will be completed within 7 days of the goods being received by us.  We will refund the purchase price plus your cost of sending it back to us, up to a maximum of the total amount you were originally charged.  We are not able to refund more than you paid for your order.

Please include the delivery note and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement.
