Christmas Last Posting Dates

Last posting date for all deliveries – order by noon Thursday 19th December 2019

Please note: we are unable to deliver orders on Saturdays. Orders placed after noon on 19th December will be despatched on or after Monday 6th January 2020.

 

Hen & Hammock offer two types of delivery to addresses on the UK mainland. If you are able, please do leave instructions for our courier of where your delivery may be left in the event that nobody is home on the day of delivery.

£8 Light Item Standard Delivery  (e.g. hammocks, fixings) – We always do our best to dispatch orders Monday-Friday within 24 hours of receiving them, so you should receive yours within 2-5 working days. Our standard delivery is usually via Royal Mail for items under 2kg, and by courier service for slightly heavier items.

£25 Heavy Item Standard Delivery (e.g. stands, swings and kajito) – For orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday we can use an express courier service to deliver selected products the next day, Monday – Friday (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

We also offer a Free Click and Collect Service on selected products. Just choose this option at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection from our pop-up store at Burford Garden Company. We will require proof of your identity on collection, including the billing payment card, and one other item of identification e.g. driver’s licence. We’re happy to store your order for 7 days, but if it’s not collected within this time, it will be returned to stock and a refund issued.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email, containing a tracking number and a link to our couriers tracking page. You will then be able to track and trace your order’s journey.

Returns and Exchanges

We care passionately about the products we sell, and hope that you will love them as much as we do. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange, providing the goods are returned to us undamaged and ideally in their original packaging within 14 days. Damaged Goods

We carefully package every product and use a secure courier service, but mistakes do happen. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will do our best to replace the product as soon as possible.
