  • Description

Edible flowers can be used in sweet or savoury dishes, for decorating cakes, salads or soups. This is a collection of our four favourites, each of which is easy to grow and versatile in the kitchen.

The collection includes 1 packet each of the following seeds:

    - Nasturtium. The flowers, leaves and seeds are a wonderful peppery addition to salads, sandwiches and steaks.
    - Viola tricolor. Adds glorious colour to cakes, cookies and salads. Sugars well to prevent wilting.
    - Primrose. A favourite for Easter cake and Mothering Sunday. Also crystallises well.
    - Borage. Delicate blue flowers that look stunning in ice cubes, fruit salads and Pimms.

With all edible plants its important that you eat only the ‘edible’ bits.

    These are:
Nasturtium: Flowers, leaves, stalks and seeds
    Viola: Flowers
    Primrose: Flowers and young leaves
    Borage: Flowers, stems and leaves
