  • Description

The common maxim 'what's in a name?' doesn't leave us in any doubt here! Lou's Poo is dried fertiliser, collected from the natural waste of alpacas by Lou Archer at her alpaca farm in Shropshire.

Available in two forms, beans or shredded, it's full of a nutrient rich combination of slow release nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium which is excellent for both indoor and outdoor plants. This nourishing natural fertiliser is sweet smelling (thankfully!) and all you need is one handful in your pots or planters, or use directly in the soil prior to planting in the ground.

If you'd rather make a plant feed tea, put a handful of the fertiliser into a watering can to steep for three days and you'll have your nourishing plant tea.

Lou's Poo comes from well-loved alpacas who enjoy the outdoor life in the Shropshire countryside. Compared to other livestock natural waste, the nitrogen and potassium content of alpaca beans is comparatively high, an indication of good soil enhancing properties.

Alpacas are one of the camelid species and have an efficient digestive process due to having three stomachs. This means the waste matter produced by alpacas contains significantly less organic matter and a higher nutrition content than any other livestock.

Beans - 400g: To be used prior to planting.

Shredded - 400g: Can be used to make a nourishing plant tea.

From this bag you will get approximately 20 feeds. NPK numer is 2.5-2-1
