Tayberry Buckingham (Rubus Buckingham)

Rubus Buckingham is an exciting new spineless variety of tayberry. It produces consistently high yields of long, conical, dark red fruits. The juicy fruits have a tangy flavour, and are best enjoyed when they have matured to a dark purple.

These self-fertile plants are late flowering, so less likely to succumb to frosts. It is fast growing, and can be trained up a wall. The heavy crops, up to 20lb, can be frozen.
